What Defines Us
We believe that our differences enhance our strength as a political party—and as a nation—and we as an organization benefit from staff of diverse races, ethnic origins, religions, sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, ages, economic backgrounds, abilities, and other facets of our identities.
Inclusion
Diversity is the greatest strength of the Democratic party. We acknowledge, value, and depend upon the strengths, needs, voices, and backgrounds of all members of our community, and honor the dignity of all.
