Multimedia Producer
U.S. Remote$70,000 - $80,000 per yearThe National Democratic Training Committee (NDTC) is seeking a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Producer to lead our visual storytelling efforts and build our organizational capacity for producing compelling video and multimedia content. This role combines hands-on production expertise with strategic leadership, team management, and a forward-looking approach to emerging creative technologies.
As we scale our training programs toward the 2026 midterms and beyond, video content has become essential to how we engage prospective and active Democratic candidates, campaign staffers, local party leaders, and volunteers nationwide. Beyond team leadership, you'll work across the organization as our go-to video expert — leading ideation and storyboarding sessions, directing shoots, handling camera work and editing, and coaching staff members to capture better footage when you can't be on-site.
Your creative vision will be balanced with technical innovation. You'll monitor how AI is transforming video production, audio design, and creative workflows, positioning NDTC to capitalize on emerging tools while maintaining the authentic, human-centered storytelling that resonates with our audiences. Whether you're editing a testimonial from a first-time candidate, directing an interview with a prominent elected official, or training a staff member on smartphone videography techniques, your work will directly impact our ability to inspire and equip the next generation of Democratic leaders.
Key Focus Areas: Team leadership and management, video production from concept through post-production, organizational capacity building for content capture, design standards and best practices, emerging creative technology adoption, and cross-functional collaboration.
