Join the National Democratic Training Committee on Thursday, August 19th from 1-2 pm ET for a free virtual live training on Starting a Young Dems Chapter for Your County Party. We're here to help, so join us to learn the following:
1. Assess the strategic viability of establishing local party chapters and member caucuses
2. Develop recruitment and engagement plans that meet the interests and needs of younger members
3. Create plans for sustainable growth over the first calendar year of a newly established chapter
This training is right for you if you hold a leadership role in a local (county/municipal) Democratic party and are curious about expanding your active membership by engaging younger people.
